The Blue Cross Broad Street Run to benefit the American Cancer Society took place on May 7, 2017. Over 40, 000 runners participated to help benefit The The American Cancer Society in the Philadelphia region, Students Run Philly Style, Back on My Feet, and The Fairmount Park Conservancy. Although the weather was a bit chilly, most of the runners were in great spirits and din't mind throwing up the peace sign or thumbs up gesture.
